A warning: If you or anyone you know has an asthma attack, you are strongly urged to leave the area immediately.
The symptoms can include chest pain, shortness of breath, short-nessed breathing, and trouble breathing.
Sinus exit blocks are located just outside the lobby of the downtown Toronto hospital.
They are intended to be a “safe and pleasant” place to relax, but a new study has found some patients are actually suffering from asthma attacks there.
The study was published in the journal BMC Public Health.
There is a “small but significant” number of patients who have been diagnosed with asthma and were then sent to Sinus exits.
In some cases, the patient was admitted to Sinuses to get their condition checked out, said lead author Dr. Anil Ramesh.
He says there is a real risk of asthma attacks when people leave the building to take a walk, eat a snack, or take a shower.
“If we don’t know what is happening in the room, it can cause an emergency, which is very serious,” said Dr. Ramesham.
“You can have a lot of issues in the ER with patients who are ill, and it is very important to get them to the hospital quickly.
We need to be aware that this can happen.”
The study also found that Sinus entrances are often overcrowded.
The most common problem patients face is the Sinuses are often crowded with patients, which can lead to an unhealthy situation for patients.
Some patients may end up in the Sinuuses with other people who are suffering the same symptoms as them.
“We have seen a very large number of cases in the past two years, and we know that it is really hard for us to keep up with all the patients,” said Ramesho.
“So we are constantly working on ways to make this place a safer environment for patients.”
The hospital has had to adjust to the new rules after a number of visitors to the facility became ill.
“It has been a challenge to get staff to the Sinues,” said Rajesh Patel, the executive director of Sinus, a non-profit organization dedicated to the health of people with asthma.
“The problem is not necessarily that the hospital is not being accommodating to the public.
It is the situation that we are in that we have to adjust the way we are operating.
We have to find a way to accommodate the public.”
Ramesha is working on getting the doors open in the next few weeks.
